SyBLaRS

SyBLaRS provides automatic layout, rendering, and graph-theoretical analysis of biological pathway maps to facilitate visualization and computational interrogation of pathways represented in SBGNML, SBML, GraphML, and JSON.

  • Automatic Layout: Automatic layout capabilities for biological pathway maps, available in on-demand or batch processing modes.
  • Customized Rendering: Rendering to raster and scalable vector formats for construction of tailored images from pathway maps.
  • Graph-Theoretical Analysis: Calculation and highlighting of graph-theoretical properties within pathway graphs and application of novel graph algorithms to transform a specified set of objects into a minimal pathway of interest.
