sydSeq
sydSeq analyzes regulatory relationships between micro-RNAs (miRNAs) and messenger RNAs (mRNAs) using a supervised significance-combination framework (pMim) to identify differentially expressed miRNAs and evaluate pathway-level impacts on predicted target mRNAs.
