SynergyFinder plus (SynergyFinder+) analyzes drug combination dose–response data to quantify and visualize synergistic and antagonistic interactions for rational design of combination therapies.

  • Multiple Synergy Scoring Models: Implements HSA (Highest Single Agent), Loewe, Bliss, and ZIP models to evaluate interactions between drug pairs across dose–response matrices.
