SynWiki aggregates curated gene, protein, and protein–protein interaction data for the synthetic bacterium Mycoplasma mycoides JCVI-syn3A to support functional annotation and study of its minimal genome of 452 protein-coding genes, approximately one-third of which lack characterized functions.
