tRNAviz analyzes and visualizes transfer RNA (tRNA) sequence features across all domains of life to support comparative genomics and functional inference.
Key Features:
- Extensive Database Integration: Integrates over 150,000 tRNAs from organisms spanning Bacteria, Archaea, and Eukarya to provide a broad dataset for analysis.
- Consensus Sequence Feature Determination: Determines consensus sequence features across groups of tRNAs, including isotypes and isodecoders, to identify conserved and variable positions.
- Sequence Feature Distributions: Generates distributions of sequence features stratified by isotypes, clades, anticodons, and scores for comparative analyses.
- Visualization and Export: Produces visualizations representing consensus features and feature distributions and supports export of these visualization outputs.
- Comparative Genomics Analyses: Enables small- and large-scale comparative genomics analyses of tRNA sequences across taxa.
