TACTICS
TACTICS performs time-lapse microscopy image analysis in MATLAB to quantify and analyze dynamic cellular behaviors, including tracking, fluorescence ratiometric measurements, and cell pedigree analysis for high-content studies of non-adherent cells such as hematopoietic cells.
