Taxamat
Taxamat automates curation and preprocessing of biodiversity datasets by summing taxon abundances at specified taxonomic ranks, filtering and excluding taxa, merging samples, and producing files compatible with common bioinformatics programs to prepare data for downstream statistical analysis.
