Taxor

Taxor is a tool for fast and space-efficient taxonomic classification of long reads, utilizing a hierarchical interleaved XOR filter data structure. It implements k-mer-based approaches and an expectation-maximization algorithm, outperforming state-of-the-art tools while significantly reducing memory requirements.
