TCRdb provides a curated database of human T-cell receptor (TCR) sequences and associated metadata to support analysis of T-cell repertoire composition and variation across tissues, clinical conditions, and cell types.

  • Scale and scope: Contains over 277 million TCR sequences derived from more than 8,265 TCR-Seq samples spanning diverse tissues, clinical conditions, and cell types.
  • Data quality: Sequences are produced through a strict, uniform pipeline to ensure high reliability and consistency across samples.
