TDBRAIN provides a repository of resting-state raw electroencephalography (EEG) and associated clinical and demographic data to support neurophysiological research and biomarker development.

- Extensive dataset: Resting-state raw EEG recordings spanning 2001–2021 with clinical and demographic data from 1,274 patients aged 5–89 years.
- Diverse patient population: Cohort includes Major Depressive Disorder (MDD; N=426), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD; N=271), Subjective Memory Complaints (SMC; N=119), and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD; N=75).

- Blinded data for validation: Thirty percent of clinical and treatment outcome data are blinded to facilitate prospective validation and replication studies.
