The Image Data Explorer

The Image Data Explorer enables interactive exploration and joint visualization of bioimage data and associated quantitative descriptors to analyze regions of interest in biological images.

Key Features:

• Interactive linked visualization: Simultaneously displays images and derived quantitative data points with linked selection between visual regions of interest and their descriptors.
• Exploratory data analysis methods: Provides exploratory data analysis techniques to uncover patterns and trends in image-derived features.
• Annotation and classification functionalities: Supports annotation and labeling of regions of interest and classification of image-derived objects.
• Feature selection capabilities: Includes feature selection to identify relevant descriptors for downstream analysis and modeling.

• Image–feature correlation: Correlates visual phenotypes with quantitative descriptors to investigate morphological and intensity-based differences in biological images.
