The Mendel Site
The Mendel Site predicts posttranslational modifications and localization signals in protein sequences, focusing on lipid modifications such as N-myristoylation and glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) lipid anchoring, and peroxisomal targeting signals (PTS1).
