TISMO curates RNA-seq datasets from syngeneic mouse tumor models to enable analysis of tumor–immune interactions and immunotherapy response.


Key Features:

  • Extensive Data Collection: Contains 605 in vitro RNA-seq samples from 49 cancer cell lines across 23 cancer types and 1518 in vivo RNA-seq samples from 68 syngeneic mouse tumor models spanning 19 cancer types.
  • Immunotherapy-related Samples: Includes 195 cytokine-treated in vitro samples and 832 samples derived from immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) studies.
  • Systematic Annotation and Quality Control: Provides sample metadata annotated for cell line, mouse strain, transplantation site, treatment type, and response status with uniform processing and rigorous quality control of RNA-seq data.
  • Visualization and Analysis Outputs: Provides analyses and visualizations of gene expression, pathway enrichment, and immune infiltration levels in the context of immunotherapy response.
