TPWshiny provides interactive exploration of transcriptional responses in NCI-60 cancer cell lines to anti-cancer therapeutic agents for pharmacodynamic analysis.

- NCI TPW dataset: Includes transcriptional responses measured in the NCI-60 cell lines to 15 therapeutic agents from the NCI Transcriptional Pharmacodynamics Workbench (NCI TPW).
