TranscriptomeReconstructoR reconstructs transcriptomes by integrating full-length RNA-seq, high-throughput 5' and 3' tag sequencing, and optional nascent RNA-seq to generate accurate gene and transcript models anchored to a reference genomic DNA sequence.
