TransPS

TransPS performs reference-based post-transcriptome scaffolding to refine pre-assembled transcriptomes from next-generation sequencing (NGS) data, reducing redundancy and improving coverage for downstream gene expression, functional genomics, and comparative transcriptomics analyses.
