TreeScan Software

TreeScan is a free and open-source software package for detecting emerging variants and clusters of communicable diseases using tree-temporal scan statistics. It was used to detect the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron subvariant EG.5.1 and investigate Salmonella clusters in New York City.
