Tremoroton
Tremoroton performs electrophysiological classification of tremors to support diagnostic differentiation and treatment planning.

Implemented in R; validation compared Tremoroton's frequency estimates to commercial software across 20 patients (10 with essential tremor, 10 with Parkinson’s disease) using accelerometer, extensor carpi radialis EMG, and flexor carpi radialis EMG recordings with intraclass correlation coefficient used for accuracy assessment.
