vEMstitch

vEMstitch is a feature-based volume EM serial section stitching method. It aims to stitch input biological tiles seamlessly while correcting local distortion. It uses a combined global-rigid--local-elastic model to depict complex transformations in vEM images, and yields promising mosaics.
