VennPainter
VennPainter generates Venn diagrams to visualize and analyze unique and shared gene sets across multiple datasets.
Key Features:
- Venn diagram types: Generates Classic Venn, Edwards' Venn, and Nested Venn diagrams.
- Dataset capacity: Provides a graph mode supporting up to eight datasets and a data processing mode handling up to 31 sets.
- Output formats and layouts: Produces Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) output with vertical, horizontal, and matrix layout options.
- Intersection gene extraction: Extracts gene lists corresponding to set intersections for downstream analysis.
- Implementation: Implemented using the Qt C++ framework.
