VISPR-online
VISPR-online provides visualization and exploration of CRISPR screening results to analyze gene essentiality, guide RNA (gRNA) read count changes, and gRNA locations.
Key Features:
- Multi-tool compatibility: Accepts and integrates outputs from MAGeCK, BAGEL, and JACKS for downstream analysis.
- Interactive visualization: Visualizes gene essentiality, read count changes, and guide RNA (gRNA) locations to support interpretation of CRISPR screens.
- Analysis sharing and resumption: Enables sharing and resumption of screening analyses and results among collaborators.
Scientific Applications:
- Gene essentiality analysis: Supports identification and visualization of essential genes from CRISPR screening data.
- Functional genomics and CRISPR screen interpretation: Facilitates interpretation of screening experiments across different analysis pipelines for functional genomics studies.
Methodology:
Integrates outputs from MAGeCK, BAGEL, and JACKS into a unified platform that supports interactive visualization and exploration of screening data.
