WebPrInSeS

WebPrInSeS automates sequence verification and clone identification from high-throughput sequencing (HTS) data to validate user-defined open-reading frame (ORF) clone libraries and identify positive hits in cDNA or ORF-based library screening experiments such as yeast one- or two-hybrid assays.
