WheresWalker

WheresWalker is a mapping-by-sequencing algorithm designed to rapidly identify genetic mutations and simplify positional cloning by reducing the number of candidate genes. It was validated in zebrafish and maize, identifying novel mutations and a previously unappreciated metabolic locus.
