writerestohtml
writerestohtml converts analytical results into HTML to facilitate analysis and presentation of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs).
Key Features:
- Galaxy integration: Operates within the Galaxy platform (Afgan et al., 2016) to access bioinformatics workflows and data management.
- Galaxy API / Bioblend execution: Communicates with Galaxy via its API or the Bioblend library (Sloggett et al., 2013) to invoke and manage workflow execution.
- Institut Pasteur compute integration: Executes workflows on the Galaxy@Pasteur instance and the Institut Pasteur computational cluster.
- HTML output generation: Converts workflow results into HTML-formatted outputs summarizing analytical results for ncRNAs.
- Integration with Galaxy@Pasteur web services: Included in the Galaxy@Pasteur ecosystem alongside services such as MetaGenSense, NGphylogeny.fr, Booster, and Shaman.
Scientific Applications:
- ncRNAs analysis: Produces HTML reports to present and interpret results from non-coding RNA studies.
Methodology:
Communicates with Galaxy via its API or Bioblend to run workflows on the Galaxy@Pasteur/Institut Pasteur cluster and converts resulting outputs into HTML.
