ZooPathWeb integrates curated literature and sequence-analysis tools for zoonotic pathogens (viruses, bacteria, fungi, and parasites) to support epidemiological and evolutionary studies.

  • SeqNHandle: Manages and analyzes sequence data pertinent to zoonotic pathogens.
  • PaPhy-ML: Performs phylogenetic analyses to explore evolutionary relationships among pathogen strains.
  • TreeView: Produces visual representations of phylogenetic trees to aid interpretation of evolutionary data.
