AliView

AliView is an alignment viewer and editor that supports various formats commonly used for phylogenetic datasets. It can handle alignments of unlimited size and provides an intuitive graphical interface for inspecting, sorting, merging, and realigning sequences. AliView is open-source and cross-platform software that is extensively tested on Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows systems.
