IMGT-ONTOLOGY

IMGT-ONTOLOGY provides a standardized semantic framework for representing and managing immunogenetic knowledge by identifying, describing, classifying, numerotating, localizing, and recording obtention of antigen receptor and MHC entities such as immunoglobulins (IG), T-cell receptors (TR), and MHC proteins to enable consistent data integration in immunogenetics and immunoinformatics.
