IMGT 2Dstructure-DB provides standardized two-dimensional structural annotations of proteins from the Immunoglobulin Superfamily (IgSF) and MHC Superfamily (MhSF) to support comparative and immunogenetic analyses.

• Standardized annotation: Applies IMGT® standardized keywords, labels, nomenclature, unique numbering, and numerotation systems for consistent representation of structural data.
• Comprehensive coverage: Contains entries for a broad range of proteins from the IgSF and MhSF, serving as an extensive reference for immune-system components.
• Integration with IMGT® systems: Integrates with the IMGT® suite, including seven databases and seventeen online tools, to support unified genomic and expressed repertoire analysis of adaptive immune responses.
