IMGT LocusView
IMGT LocusView provides an integrated, standardized representation of immunoglobulin (IG), T cell receptor (TR), and major histocompatibility complex (MH) loci to support immunogenetics analyses.
Key Features:
- Standardized Data Access: Provides standardized nucleotide and protein sequences, oligonucleotide primers, gene maps, genetic polymorphisms, specificities, and 2D and 3D structures for IG, TR, and MH loci.
- Integrated Databases: Integrates data from IMGT resources including IMGT/LIGM-DB, IMGT/MHC-DB, IMGT/PRIMER-DB, IMGT/GENE-DB, and IMGT/3Dstructure-DB.
- Sequence, Genome and 3D-Structure Analysis Tools: Supports analysis with IMGT/V-QUEST, IMGT/JunctionAnalysis, IMGT/GeneSearch, IMGT/GeneView, and IMGT/StructuralQuery.
- Web Services and Interoperability: Employs IMGT-Choreography and IMGT-ML (XML Schema) to enable dynamic interactions between IMGT web services and processing of complex biological and clinical requests.
