IMGT StructuralQuery
IMGT StructuralQuery retrieves and analyzes 3D structures of immunological proteins to identify gene/allele assignments, delimit variable (V), constant (C) and groove (G) domains, and map amino acid positions using the IMGT unique numbering system.
Key Features:
- 3D Structure Database Access: Interfaces with IMGT/3Dstructure-DB to retrieve known immunological protein 3D structures.
- Structural Criteria Search: Retrieves IMGT/3Dstructure-DB entries using criteria related to variable (V), constant (C), or groove (G) domains for structural analysis and comparisons.
- Ontology-Based Annotation: Applies IMGT-ONTOLOGY for standardized classification, keywords, labels, nomenclature, and IMGT unique numbering.
- Graphical Representations and Contact Analysis: Generates 2D Collier de Perles representations and contact analysis results to visualize structural interactions.
