2DImpute
'2DImpute' is an imputation method to correct false zeros (dropouts) in single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) data. It excels by preventing excessive correction, predicting and imputing values for false zeros using the relationships between genes and cells in the expression matrix.
