3FunMap

3FunMap offers a robust and expandable platform for full-sib functional mapping of dynamic traits. It includes capabilities for linkage phase determination, marker map construction, QTL segregation pattern identification, dynamic QTL effect testing, permutation testing, and numerical simulation, all written in VC++ 6.0.
