3Omics
3Omics is a web tool to integrate and visualize human transcriptomic, metabolomic, and proteomic data. The 3Omics include functions for generating phenotypes, KEGG/HumanCyc pathway and Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment, network correlation, and coexpression analysis. The site also provides a converter to convert names to IDs.
