6mAPred-FO

'6mAPred-FO' is a tool for swift and accurate prediction of DNA N6-methyladenine (6mA) sites on a genomic scale. Using sequence information exclusively, the tool combines sequence-order details with positional specificity for feature encoding. An analysis of variance-based feature optimization protocol improves feature representation.
