ADGO

ADGO is a web-based resource to explore microarray data by comparison of sample groups, using composite GO annotations for interpretations and enrichment analysis. The species included are Homo sapiens, Mus musculus, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Arabidopsis thaliana, Caernohadbilis elegans, Drosophila melanogaster, and Escherichia coli.
