ADaCGH2
ADaCGH2 is a BioConductor package that parallelizes segmentation algorithms for analyzing large-scale genomic DNA copy number alteration datasets with millions of probes and thousands of subjects. It uses ff objects for reading and data storage and achieves significant speedups of 25-40 times on a 64-cores machine.
