APAlyzer

APAlyzer is a bioinformatics package to analyze alternative polyadenylation (APA) isoforms produced by most eukaryotic genes. Leveraging RNA-seq data and annotated polyadenylation sites from the PolyA_DB database, APAlyzer enables examining changes in 3'UTR APA, intronic APA, and gene expression under various growth and differentiation conditions. Additionally, APA profiles across human tissues are presented using APAlyzer and data from the GTEx database.
