ASAFE
ASAFE (Ancestry Specific Allele Frequency Estimation) is a software tool to estimate a distinct ancestry's specific bi-allelic marker frequency. The ASAFE algorithm uses the Expectation-maximization algorithm (EM) for the estimations.
