AUTOSCAN

It creates data files, uses MAKEPED, DOWNFREQ, and PEDCHECK programs and finally starts statistical analyses via the ANALYZE package that performs parametric linkage analysis, nonparametric affected sib-pair analysis, family-based association analysis, and homogeneity testing. Input files are the pedigree,the disease model, the number of loci, and the ANALYZE input file. It allows easy handling of several phenotype traits and trait features by only changing the disease model file after each run.
