AVPdb

AVPdb (Anti Viral Peptide Database) is a web-based antiviral database containing experimentally verified antiviral proteins that target over 60 viruses, such as Influenza, HCV, HSV, RSV, HBV, DENV, HIV, and SARS. The database currently contains 2,683 peptides. You can find information on peptide sequence, length, source, virus targeted, virus family, cell-line, efficacy, target step/protein, the assay used, PubMed reference, physicochemical properties, and predicted structure.
