AVPpred
AVPpred is a web-based tool to predict antiviral peptides. The database contains 1,245 experimentally validated antiviral peptides against human viruses, such as influenza, HIV, HCV, and SARS. The prediction algorithm uses a support vector machine (SVM). It achieves 0.70 Matthew's Correlation Coefficient (MCC), of which the Authors validated 86% experimentally.
