AdmixTools
AdmixTools is a software tool package for the analysis of genetic admixture. The AdmixTools package includes F4-ratio estimation, D-statistics, roll-off, and admixture graph fitting in qp3Pop, convertf, qpF4Ratio, qpDstat , rolloff, and qpBound tools.
