Admixem

Admixem is a software tool to simulate admixed populations. Although specifically implemented to simulate admixed populations, it works well with general populations. Users can define fitness, mating preference probabilities, genomic landscapes, and model neutral, single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs).
