AffyProbeMiner

AffyProbeMiner is a platform-independent tool designed for efficient processing of RefSeq mature RNA protein coding transcripts and validated GenBank complete coding sequences. It regroups individual probes into consistent sets and remaps them to the correct mRNA transcripts, ensuring they all measure the same entity.
