AlignStat
AlignStat is a web-based software tool and R package to statisticallly compare and assess the similarity of alternative multiple sequence alignments. AlignStat can identofy most informative consensus sequences and highlight systematic differences in alignments. The AlignStat algorithm categorizes the differences into merges, splits and shifts.
