Anaquin
Anaquin is a tool that uses artificial RNA standards, called 'sequins,' to improve RNA sequencing analysis. Sequins represent spliced mRNA isoforms and aid in measuring sample-specific biases, determining reliable transcript assembly, and quantifying expression. They help navigate the complexity of the transcriptome by providing qualitative and quantitative references, including for cancer diagnosis through fusion gene sequins. Anaquin thereby enhances the understanding and reliability of RNA-seq data.
