Auto-Rickshaw
Auto-Rickshaw is a web-based software tool to determine crystal structures automatically from X-ray data. The Auto-Rickshaw algorithm uses a combination of molecular replacement and single-wavelength anomalous diffraction phasing and uses AlphaFold Protein Structure Database.
