AutoAssemblyD

AutoAssemblyD is a software tool designed to simplify genome assembly using various algorithms such as Velvet, Abyss, Euler-SR, and more. The tool provides a graphical user interface that makes the submission and remote management of genome assembly easier for users without a computing background. AutoAssemblyD uses XML templates to facilitate the selection of the appropriate assembler and offers users the opportunity to choose from several assemblers.
