AutoGRAPH

AutoGRAPH is a web server for multi-species comparative genomics analysis. It can automatically identify conserved segments and breakpoint regions, assess marker/gene order conservation between organisms, construct synteny maps for two to three species, and generate high-quality interactive displays to identify chromosomal rearrangements. The tool can also integrate and compare multiple types of genomic resources for a single species, making it versatile for comparative genomics analysis.
