AveDissR

AveDissR is an R function to assess genetic distinctness and genetic redundancy. The AveDissR functions can analyze dominant or codominant markers such as amplified fragment length polymorphisms (AFLPs), simple sequence repeats (SSRs), and single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). Note that an implementation is not available.
